The company is doing well; and there is a team spirit and lots of will to become even better. Every day when you arrive to work,
you meet lots of morning greetings and good talks by the coffee machine to start your day. I’m not only having colleagues at Hydrotech, I have friends at Hydrotech!”

"I work with AnoxKaldnes Services' continuous lab trials where we simulate full-scale lab-scale processes and test different industrial wastewaters. My role includes microscopy and training.
My role is dynamic and the work involves daily problem solving related to biological treatment processes. It never stands still, new challenges are constantly coming"
- Linn Malmqvist, Process Engineer AnoxKaldnes
I love how my job is diversified and how I can work with different types of industrial projects (e.g. chemical, pulp and paper, dairies, O&G) or municipal projects,
by proposing different processes or technology solutions every time. Everyday is a different day. I love how international Veolia and my job is. It’s great to be able
to work with so many countries and see how different cultures approach the business differently. Additionally, it’s unique to work in a place where you can see your
ideas going from pure research to full-scale!”
